SAMIPYA, MURALINAGAR

The third community of the Indian unit was established on December 28, 1998 at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. It lies in the diocese of Visakhapatnam. The sisters in this community are involved in social work by collaborating with other organizations that work in slums and with Transgenders. The sisters are also involved in teaching ministry in the diocesan school. They also involve in pastoral activities of the church by teaching catechism for children and faith formation for the youth.
